How to send reminders for a live survey.
To help you optimise survey response rates and gather the most comprehensive feedback, Edu-Intelligence.ai provides both automated and manual reminder options. This ensures you can efficiently collect the data you need to drive improvement.
Automatic Reminders: The system is designed to streamline the process for you. It will automatically send reminder emails to any participants who have not yet completed their survey on days 3, 6, 9, and 12 of the survey period (unless the survey's closing date is sooner).
Manual Reminders: For greater control, you can also send reminders manually at any time. To do this, simply navigate to your survey dashboard and click the three dots next to the relevant survey. This gives you the flexibility to prompt participants when you feel it is most effective, helping you gather the robust data needed for clear, actionable insights.
